• Cleaning of common areas — by arrangement;
• Maintenance of common areas — 40 leva for entrance;
• Servicing of elevators — negotiable;
• Maintenance of lawns, yards and playgrounds — 0.80 leva / sq. m.;
• Providing concierge — 900 leva during the day or night / 1800 leva clock;
• Payment of individual accounts — 12.00 leva per month;
• Insurance — negotiable;
• Repair of common parts — negotiable;
• Cleaning homes — 0.60 leva / sq.m. without washing windows;
• Cleaning homes — 1.00 leva / sq.m. with washing windows;
• Cleaning of offices and commercial areas – negotiable;
• Renovation of facades — negotiable;
• Construction of green areas, yards and playgrounds — negotiable;
• Repairs of homes — by arrangement;
• Building security systems, access control;
• Deratization disinsection and the common parts — negotiable;
• Relocation of homes — by arrangement;
• Servicing of cars — by arrangement;
• Caring for the pet — 25 leva per day.
